Really good Stay in a Charming Setting
helpful staff delicious breakfast
The location provided easy access to local dining. I appreciated the helpful staff, especially George and Giovanni, who offered many useful recommendations! The breakfast offered by Huda was delicious each day. The comfortable beds in the room provided a restful night.
The internal noise was noticeable. I could clearly hear neighbors, especially between 10 PM and 7 AM. This impacted sleep quality.

The building had authentic charm. A small garden area was at the front. It was lovely. The hotel provided convenient parking right in the courtyard.

The staff offered helpful recommendations for local restaurants. One staff member gave excellent restaurant recommendations. Another staff member provided helpful tips about points of interest. The reception staff was especially attentive to guest needs.

the location was acceptable, with good restaurants nearby.
the room wasn't well soundproofed, and i could hear everything from other guests. lack of sleep was a problem. also, the breakfast offered little fresh fruit. i hoped for more options.

charming escape near attractions
daily service quiet location many options good coffee
I found a sanctuary near to the main attractions. the housekeeping service were amazing and kept everything super clean every day. breakfast included many options and good coffee. i liked how the hotel locate itself just outside the busy tourist areas. It gave me needed peace.
noise did travel between rooms because of the old building, this made sleep a little difficult sometimes.

The hotel locate itself strategically. It is close enough for walks to attractions. it sits outside the ztl, so car travel is simpler. many good restaurants are near to the hotel.

staff members are very nice and were attentive to my needs. they appear to know much of the surrounding area. the breakfast wait staff gives excellent service for outdoor dining.
